How We Service Every Bicycle
Each service begins with a mechanical inspection so we can understand the bicycle's condition before any work starts. We separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance and explain the findings clearly before moving forward.
Common requests include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. We also check replacement component compatibility before ordering parts.
Clear inspection, careful repairs, and a written summary
Our workshop handles routine servicing and mechanical repairs for everyday riders, families, and leisure cyclists.
If additional work is needed, we ask for approval before continuing. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price confirmation, and the final schedule depends on the bicycle's condition and supplier availability.
After the repair, we complete a workshop function check and provide a written service summary so you can see what was adjusted, replaced, or recommended for later attention.
