What We Check During Bicycle Servicing
We begin with a service inquiry and intake, then carry out a mechanical inspection to identify what needs attention. This helps separate urgent repairs from optional maintenance before any extra work is approved.
Our general bicycle servicing can include a safety inspection, standard tune-up, brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Replacement parts are only ordered after compatibility and price confirmation.
Clear inspection, approved work, and practical repairs
Cycle Haven follows a straightforward workshop process for everyday bicycles, family bikes, and leisure riders.
If a bicycle needs more than routine servicing, we prepare a written inspection summary and confirm the scope before moving ahead. Final pricing depends on the bicycle and component condition, so it is only confirmed after inspection.
After repair and adjustment, every bicycle goes through a quality check and workshop function check. We then share a service summary so you know what was completed and what may need attention later.
